Chinese style ground pork croquettes

Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground pork
- 1/3 c prune sauce
- 2-3 tsp freshly-grated ginger (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- Freshly-ground salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ c sesame seeds
Preparation:
Mix the pork with the prune sauce, ginger, green onions and pepper. Make four patties about 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick. Coat in sesame seeds. Grill in a frying pan over medium-high heat, or on the barbeque, for 8-10 minutes, turning once midway through with a spatula. Salt after cooking and let rest 2 minutes before serving.
