Organc shoulder ham (picnic)

This ham is made with the most natural ingredients. The brine is made with organic vegetable stock, sea salt, celery salt (a natural nitrate) and natural vinegar. There are no phosphates or chemicals added.  It is naturally smoked and cooked in maple wood for 8 hours.
